What materials are used in the OneLevel Essential?
The base is made from high-quality, durable foam for stability and long-lasting use. The lid is crafted from lightweight aluminum and finished with a sleek black powder coating. Our logo is also laser-etched onto the surface. The clips remain in their usual position on the left and right and can be easily removed without leaving any residue.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within Germany is free. For deliveries within the EU, shipping costs are €34.99. Customers from Switzerland can easily place their orders through the portal meineinkauf.ch.
How can I return or exchange an item?
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days without giving a reason. Please notify us of your return in advance by emailing info@onelevel-official.com for quick processing. Keep the shipping receipt after you return the item. Please avoid damaging or soiling the product and, if possible, return it in its original packaging with all accessories. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to prevent any damage during shipping. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
What happens if we don’t reach the pre-order goal, and what are the consequences?
